Biotech Law Center is a law firm that provides transactional legal services to life science, medtech, and healthcare companies.  We handle all of the specialized business and IP transactions typical of such companies, as well as routine commercial agreements and compliance matters.

We operate as outsourced in-house attorneys for our clients.

• For companies that do not have an in-house lawyer, Biotech Law Center provides part-time General Counsel services.
• For clients that already have a legal department, we operate as on-demand adjuncts to the existing in-house team, freeing up the company’s full-time lawyers to focus on strategic projects or pitching-in as needed during periods of peak demand.

Our industry focus means we have a depth of experience typically found only at large law firms, but our rates are better matched to what a company would pay an experienced in-house attorney.
